HOW LONG DO THESE PRESS-ON NAILS LAST?
If using nail glue, nails can last 2-4 weeks depending on care. If using adhesive tabs, nails can last 1-3 days.

WHY CAN'T I ORDER A SHORT NAIL SHAPE IN CERTAIN DESIGNS?
Some of the designs include charms and add-ons that are too large and incompatible with short nail shapes.
IF I AM DECIDING BETWEEN TWO SIZES, WHICH SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?
Select the size that fits the majority of your fingers or list your custom measurements in product checkout.
CAN YOU REUSE THE PRESS-ONS MORE THAN ONE TIME?
Yes. If properly taken care of, the press-ons can last multiple wears. Glue adhesive tabs are the least damaging option when wearing the nails. If properly removed with warm soapy water and oil, the nails may be still reusable when choosing the liquid nail glue option. Removing the nails in a gentle and slow manner will increase the life of the press-ons.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CHOSE A SIZE THAT IS SLIGHTLY TOO LARGE FOR SOME OF MY FINGERS?
To get a better fit, use the included nail file to file down the edges of the press-on nail.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
At the moment, we only ship to the United States. We are currently looking into expanding internationally. Stay tuned!
WHAT ARE THE PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES?
Every set is handmade to custom-fit you, therefore our processing window is 3-7 business days. The USA shipping/delivery time window is 3-8 business days depending on which shipping option you choose at checkout.
HOW CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?
After you place an order, the time allowed for changing the delivery address is very limited. If your order has not been shipped, please contact us immediately at finalgirlcustoms@gmail.com with your order number and the new address details.
If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. We are not responsible for any delivery failures caused by this reason. We appreciate your understanding.
HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to follow live updates on your package’s whereabouts. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to begin receiving updates.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/RETURN POLICY?
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to process exchanges or issue refunds for situations where you have simply changed your mind or wish to request a different style or size.
